Country support: procedures and progress

The process for direct country-level support includes two phases:

• concluding partnerships between the Facility and interested countries;
• providing financial and technical support to national forest programme (nfp) stakeholders within partner countries through Facility grant contracts.

The Facility has so far forged partnerships with 57 countries and 4 sub-regional organizations, the details of which are under partner countries.
